Alpha 1647, or Hass as he prefers to call himself is one such creator. He has been treading his patch for some 13 billion years. But working to tight deadlines and a rigid brief has taken its toll and kind of made his life a drag. Creativity is strictly forbidden. ‘To hell with that’, thought Hass. Creativity has enabled Hass to find a way to relieve that boredom ... experimentation.
Now, we all know not all experiments are a success, and Hass has had more than his fair share of failures which have not escaped the attention of the inspectorate. There are those who feel Hass is due for termination, and others who think that they are just jealous and they should let Hass get on with it ... purely for research purposes, you understand.
In truth the inspectorate are bored too.
